Open Huno and go to You → Account → Delete account, then confirm. That is all it takes — you do not need to contact us or give a reason.
Your account is locked straight away and you are signed out on every device.
There is then a 14-day recovery window. If you change your mind in that time, email data-protection@psychiatry.ink from the email address on the account.
After 14 days, everything is permanently erased. This cannot be undone.
• Your profile.
• All your conversations — with your Huno companion and with other people.
• Everything Huno learned about you.
• Your matches and introductions.
• Your uploaded files, including voice notes and photos.
• Safety notes linked to your account.
The one thing we keep is the bare record of any purchases — amount, date, country and the store’s transaction reference — because tax and accounting law requires it. When your account is erased that record is detached from you: it no longer carries your account, name or email. Nothing else is kept after the 14 days.
If you bought a plan, a day pass, or call minutes, Apple or Google keep their own record of that purchase under their own policies. We cannot delete those for you.
Deleting your Huno account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so please cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings as well.
Email data-protection@psychiatry.ink from the email address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We will check the request really comes from you, then start the same process described above.
You can ask for a copy of your data at the same address before it is erased.
