Huno is a relationship platform where you talk with a personal AI companion that gradually gets to know you, and — when you choose — receive introductions to other people. By creating an account or using Huno, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Huno is for adults only. You confirm during sign-up that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will remove it.
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information — especially your age. One account per person.
Treat people the way you would want to be treated. You may not:
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Send spam or use Huno for commercial solicitation.
• Post or send inappropriate or unlawful content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are.
• Use Huno if you are under 18, or misrepresent your age.
You can report or block anyone at any time, directly from a conversation. You never need to justify blocking someone.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or abuse the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why. You can delete your own account at any time from the You tab (see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works).
Introductions are algorithmic suggestions based on what you have chosen to share for matching. They are starting points, not promises. We do not guarantee that you will receive introductions, that anyone will accept them, or that any connection will work out. A human conversation only starts when both people say yes.
Your Huno companion is an AI, not a person. Its responses are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, or a misreading of what you said — you can always correct it.
Nothing the companion says is medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice, and it will never give you a diagnosis. If you are struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.
Everything you write, say, or upload stays yours. You give us only the limited license we need to operate Huno for you: storing your content, transmitting it to the people you choose to talk to, and processing it to provide the features you use. We do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.
Huno will evolve, and these terms may change with it. If we make material changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Huno after that means you accept the updated terms.
We work hard to keep Huno reliable, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
